There are different types of brains. The problem with IQ tests is skewed towards the calculator or encyclopedic brain. Usually, it is the calculator brain that creates the test. I have an analytical and creative brain that allows me to see resolutions that the other brain types can't see. Not sure if I should say this but here I go anyway.. I found a stitch in my vagina when I was 25 and this was 16 years after I had been told that the aftermath of an illegal but necessary operation to avoid sepsis had "no lose ends" (intentional euphemism)left to worry about. But I avoided feelings about relationships for a long time due to the pain I was experiencing. I tried to have sex but it always hurt, and I didn't know any difference. Soon after I had the final stitch (in front of my clitoris) removed, the same person (a family member, a nurse, an apparent parent) blackmailed me into going into a general hospital (to visit her mother) on the first day of the swine flu outbreak, exactly one month after I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, and of course I'm not mentioning other health problems since childhood. Two exes have died after being in my proximity when I had flu symptoms years later, so I asked the one specialist available (outsourced by the system, by the way) if that means I could be a carrier of it. He replied in the affirmative. Then I spent years with a kind of CFS, or narcolepsy, hiding away from others. I say two exes but I should say that one was only a love interest- a Russian man who had broken his neck two years before I spoke with him. We clicked with each other, and I could tell he liked me. So, I ran away from him, in fear that another person would die from my suspect swine flu carrying. He killed himself soon after he promised to marry his ex, who he had seemingly left for me at one point. I used to hide in the woods, hoping I'd help him by avoiding him, while feeling like my heart could barely beat anymore. I'm 40 now. Everyone my age actually left my country years ago, after the 2008/9 recession. I was too bedridden to leave or work. I've had no choices in my life, really, in a way. I'm female. I don't know how to express how much pain I feel on a regular basis, and I struggle to feel attracted to anyone. If anyone can give me advice on how to pick myself up again, granted I'm a swine flu carrier with narcolepsy and CFS, and I can barely leave home because of pain issues.. I'd appreciate the advice. I want to add, love takes effort. This is the part where most people fail, because afterall human beings tend be selfish. Finding someone to have sex with and marry is not that difficult really. But mantaining that marriage and is what love is really about. People should reframe the question from “will I ever find true love?” to “will I ever find someone towards whom I will put a lot of effort into loving despite my selfish tendencies”.
